Inside, you'll find everything you need—from a full-size washer and dryer to stylish, calming décor that sets the tone for a laid-back stay.
Step outside to enjoy two inviting outdoor spaces: a cozy balcony to sip your morning coffee, and a private rooftop terrace with lounge seating, a BBQ grill, and sweeping views of the lush resort landscape. Whether you're relaxing indoors or soaking up the sunshine outside, Sun Deck Villa provides the ideal setting for an unforgettable stay in Puerto Rico. Sleeps up to six guests comfortably.

LIVING AREAS
The villa’s open-concept design seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living room into a bright, inviting space that’s perfect for relaxing and gathering. The living room features a spacious L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy place to unwind after a day of exploring. Just beyond, the dining area seats six and opens up to the terrace, offering a smooth flow between indoor and outdoor living. A half bath is also conveniently located in the hallway.
Step out onto the balcony and take the spiral staircase up to the private rooftop terrace—a true outdoor retreat. This elevated space features comfortable lounge seating, sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and a wet bar.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. It also opens to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy refreshing breezes from the comfort of your room. The second bedroom offers another queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space, while the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. All rooms include air conditioning, blackout curtains, premium furnishings, and resort-quality linens. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

Sun Deck Villa features a sleek and functional kitchen with modern and sleek white cabinetry and quartz countertops. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for extended stays, including an electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The center island offers extra prep space and ensures that the chef can stay connected with the group. The kitchen island also offers additional seating space. This inviting kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.
LOCATION:
Sun Deck Villa is located within the largest resort community in Puerto Rico, Palmas del Mar. Palmas del Mar offers a wonderful mile-long beach, multiple dining options, marina, tennis, and golf – among other offerings. The resort has miles and miles of running and cycling trails. There is also a community pool a 3-minute walk from the property.
The list of activities to do in Palmas is virtually endless, but here are some of our favorites:
Golf at one of Palmas del Mar’s two 18-hole Golf Courses. Tee times can be booked directly with the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club.
Tennis at the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club with 20 courts that include artificial grass, Har-Tru Clay, and hard courts.
Lunch or dinner at “La Pescaderia,” an oceanfront restaurant by the marina with some of the best seafood on the island.
Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.
GETTING AROUND
A car is necessary to get around both within and outside of Palmas del Mar. The property offers two (2) parking spaces for cars, plus one (1) smaller space if you choose to rent a golf cart. If you're interested in renting a golf cart for easy access to the beach, we can provide contact information for on-site rental companies.

West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSE RULES:
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
