The staff are very helpful. There are 6 parking spaces available for guests behind the hotel in the railway parking area. Breakfast was good. Bedroom was cramped and bed and pillows not over comfortable. Good value for money

Delightful in all ways

Stop over en-route to holiday in Wales - Lovely hotel and surrounding area despite the weather. Staff helpful and well informed - very professional team - food good, rooms clean and decor delightful - Still not sure about £6 a pint but that's definitely down to Rachel in accounts. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

We had an excellent stay. We stayed here last year but this time our room appears a bit more worn. Needs fresh paint in a few areas and the carpet spot cleaned. But, I still give it a good recommendation.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Three Swans. Stand out staff definitely Chloe, Zoe and Ivan while the other staff were all very pleasant also. Our room was a good size and perfect for our stay, food was very good and reasonably priced. Hungerford is a lovely place with plenty antique shops to browse through and plenty food places to enjoy. Loved my walks along the canal meeting lovely local people to chat with. Would definitely stay here again when next have the opportunity to visit.

Staff was very accommodating. The building was historical. Downstairs was attractively furnished and bright in the eating area which was both modern and contemporary, although the downstairs furnishings were a little worn and grubby in places (chairs could do with refurbishing). Hotel is situated in the centre of town, so handy for everything.

The fan in the room needed cleaning, the fan in the bathroom not working, cobwebs above the window pelmet, pillows were flat and need replacing. The room was clean with nice personal touches in the bathroom and a personal note on the bedside table. The staff were efficient and friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
