The kitchen contains everything you'll need for making family meals and memories . It is equipped with stainless steel appliances which include a refrigerator, gas burners with oven, and quartz countertops. Additionally, this kitchen has been well stocked with an assortment of spices, herbs, condiments, cooking appliances, and any dish or accessory that you might need to create that memorable meal. The custom island counter is perfect for kitchen dining and opens into the family room with its own flat screen LCD TV, making it cozy enough for watching the kids or having conversation with family, all while cooking and enjoying the ocean breeze. Just off the living area is our private patio with furniture, allowing for even more space for dining and relaxing after a day at the beach. You can hear the waves crashing, step out and see the fireworks display from Disneyland, or enjoy the cool ocean breezes while lounging in the private patio area.

Off of the living room is the spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The large bedroom includes a plush pillow-top queen sized-bed, plus room for the crib or pull-out twin. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with pillow top mattresses, and room for the twin roll away or crib. A tranquil room with a full sized-closet and dresser, both bedrooms also have a flat screen TV and plenty of space for moving around. The bathroom has a full tub/shower combo with a modern rain head shower nozzle perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hill Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 20 minutes away while other nearby courses like the Meadowlark Golf Club, SeaCliff Country Club are only a few minutes away. For shoppers, the downtown has dozens of the best shopping for all ages just a short walk away, plus Huntington Beach's 'Bella Terra', Costa Mesa’s 'South Coast Plaza' and Newport Beach’s 'Fashion Island' are each less than a 15 minute drive and offer some of the best shopping in Southern California. For those simply looking for a pampered day of luxury, the Pacific Waters Spa at the Hyatt Regency is five minutes down the coast and the famous Montage Spa is a 25 minute drive.
