Enjoy this beachy, end of cul de sac home less than a mile from the beach! Close enough to walk, far enough to have some peace and quiet. With 3 beds, 2 full baths, and a cozy den, there is ample space to relax after bike ride, people watching, or shopping day! Master bedroom is on the first floor with a beautifully updated bathroom inside. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the other side of the hallway is a 6 seated cozy couch in the private den, with a TV, overlooking the downstairs living room. That living room has a fancy 6-seater leather couch with an open layout to the updated kitchen and picnic table styled dining room. Walk out the dining room’s sliding glass doors onto the stone-floored backyard and relax alone or with a friend, on the wooden 2-seater swing. 6 week stay

Love the location. It was my parents and me who stayed at the property while our Huntington Beach house was under construction. The first impression of the place was not good - we got in and it was very dirty! Spots on the comforter, bugs in the dishes, sticky floor... My mom and I cleaned the house most of the following day. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. Great location, communication with property management team was good, they were quick to reply. We did push our stay two times - two extra weeks - we originally thought we would only be there for a month but construction took longer on our house. One thing that I wish the property management team would have let us know they doubled the cost for us to stay an additional week. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up but oh well. All in all, a pretty good experience.
