The room was clean, but way too small did not have a fridge or a microwave in it either for the price I paid he would expect that, but I had an essential items. The bathroom had a funny smell that came out out of the sink. Specific elevator #3 is odor badly. Smelt someone had threw up in there. In the whole time staying there when we use elevator the #3 is active and we notified service desk personnel.

This place is incredibly RUN DOWN. It’s too bad bc you can tell it used to be nice. Our bed was rock hard, there was a crack from a water leak in the ceiling, the tv was stupid small, and they REMOVED the refrigerator! Motel 6 has refrigerators! When I went to talk to the front desk they weren’t understanding about the bed or frig (explain g refrigerators are upgrades for the 8th floor guests), but when I explained about the ceiling they offered to move us to the 8th floor. Although the TV and refrigerator were nice on the eighth floor, the bed sounded like it had a plastic covering over the mattress and was incredibly creepy feeling we returned to the fifth floor, so I will say it was nice that they tried but honestly, there is nothing they could do. It’s just a poorly maintained hotel

The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great customer service. However, the rooms need some freshening up. The bathrooms were very dated. The beds didn’t have any cushion. Like sleeping on the floor.

The front lobby looked nice and modern. The lounge was really cute, but it was closed on our second night for a party. We think someone from the party threw up in the elevator. It stunk in there. There was no refrigerator in the room. You could pay $20 more a night to move to an upper floor for a fridge. The bathroom was in rough shape. The counter, mirror, and toilet paper holder looked awful. The toilet had difficulty flushing. The light in the hallway did not work. The door was difficult to open with the card key, and you had to try it multiple times. There is no area where you can sit out with other people. The pool area was disappointing. The only good things were the price, location, and the bed was comfortable.
