We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the beach and very close to great shopping and restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was plenty of space for all four couples to spread out and still gather comfortably in the common areas. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The location was perfect for a walk to downtown and HB Pier. It was a beautiful home with anything you could possibly need for your visit. It was a bit chilly during our visit so we couldn’t utilize the outdoor facilities but during nice weather, they would be perfect. The host was super friendly and responsive during our visit. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Orange County.

The best feature of the house is its location. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants. The house itself is beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare a meal. The first night we encountered rain and strong wind causing gates and patio furniture slamming around making a lot of noise interfering our sleep. A phone call to Milan the next morning and everything was promptly taken care of. Thank you for a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Was a family vacation for 6 adults. The house had a perfect location! It was four houses from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner even a bbq. It was so helpful to borrow the beach chairs for the quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. Will visit again!

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our needs. We have a large family and there was room to spread out. The location and views were amazing. My family who live in Huntington Beach were able walk over or drive a short distance to get to us. We got together for group dinners and enjoyed each other’s company. Location, location, location. This is a great spot and Mailan was a great host - responsive, easy to communicate with!! It was nice that the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The beach chairs were great! It would be a bonus to have a couple of bikes on site. A few house updates/improvements would make it a 5-star.
