Traffic noise from PCH forced us to keep the doors and windows closed preventing us from taking advantage of the sea breezes. In addition, being on the second floor resulted in having to deal with a constant stream of loud foot steps from above. Lastly, the neighbors below forever allowed their front door to slam shut causing an earth-quake like experience in our unit. Other than that, the condo was very nice.
