Spacious 850 sq ft Townhouse in the heart of HB. less than a mile to downtown and the beach. Located in a peaceful neighborhood just north of Main street. Perfect for those who want to stay by the ocean and close to everything! Any amenities you need located within a mile. Fully voice activated house!

Sleep Tight!
1 large bedroom w a King size bed. A queen size air mattress. A pull out couch that is suitable for kids. We also supply a portable crib and highchair for the babies!

The space
Our spot has got a Art Deco / Mid Century Modern / NY Loft feel to it. 50" inch Tv with full cable and high speed internet. Kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. A nice desk for those who choose to work on Vacation. Air-conditioned bedroom. A fully voice activated alexa home.

Bedroom is 20' x 14' and the living room 23' x 14' has plenty of room to coexist with your vacation partners.

a brand new 5 burner BBQ and all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip if we don't have something just ask and we will do our best to provide you with the best stay possible!

We do not require any chores from our guests! Pets should weigh less than 40lbs all together. No large animals. No pitbulls. Insurance does not cover
No Large Parties please.. If you want to have a couple people over I am fine with it as long as they are respectful to the property, neighbors.
