You will love the amenities including, 24 hour guard gate, pools, spas, ponds, dog park, tennis courts, recently renovated gym and an amazing club house that can be used for get togethers, meetings, etc. In addition to its prime location within the community this home also boasts a large living/dining/kitchen area with formal and informal dining areas, granite counter, stainless appliances, inside laundry, cozy fireplace a bedroom large enough for a king bed plus additional furniture, huge walk in closet and two designated parking spaces in the underground garage with ample guest parking! Located just 1 mile from the beach. Live in style and luxury in the resort-style Seabridge Villas. Designer upgraded with all new Refrigerator, washer and dryer are included.
This property rents for a minimum of 31 nights.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A very pleasant experience

We are locals who stayed here during home renovations, and the 1 bedroom was ideal for us. The owners have thought of every possible need, and the complex was safe, convenient, and quiet. We could tell that the residents were very happy living there as well.
