The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful while also socializing with local visitors in the lobby. It snowed and was icey. There were no cleared paths to my car parked on the curb by the building. I waited until the iced packed parking lot began to melt and many cars had been moved before leaving later than planned at 11 a.m.

We stayed the weekend to Christmas shop at Huntington mall. Easy check in but when we got to the room it smelled like pure marijuana went Back down stairs the lady was extremely nice and switched are room right away. Room was very clean and staff was amazing only thing was shower barely trickle I told front seat but never fixed and someone was smoking pit heavy the hall ways smelled of it so overview hotel is nice and very clean with great staff but need some things fixed we stayed in 311 so the water in shower is non existent
