Convenient traveler overnight stay.

Good location, easy to arrive, close yo the mall. Check-in process was unnecessarily hurried, nobody else was waiting on line. The information provided by the front desk attendant was relayed at an extremely fast speed ( almost as the disclaimers at a radio add, impossible for me to follow). Breakfast got very limited hot choices but waffle preparation available.

Not at all what it’s marketed as

The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, the rooms were dirty and in poor condition, and didn’t look anything like the pictures. The breakfast area wasn’t cleaned or restocked at any point while we were present (8:15-9:00). Wish I would have done more research, for the cost we could have stayed at a much nicer place.

Old and worn. Better options short distance away.

The hotel is located in a back parking lot of a small mall. There were only one or two other guests at the time of our arrival which didn’t sit well with me. The hotel was older and worn but seemed clean. In our room the AC unit vent was open and laying on the floor and the facings of the dresser drawers were held on by packing tape. About 5 mins after getting into our room the power went out. My children and I did not have a good feeling about the hotel—location, no guests, and no power— so we left.
