The carpet in our room was incredible stained as well as one of our beds. The pillows and sheets were dirty and we had to strip that bed and use a blanket to sleep on/with. When checking out, no one was at the front desk so it said to call with the phone on the wall, but that phone wasn’t working. We left our key in the counter with hopes it meant we checked out before 10.

Carpet in room was filthy , toilet was clogged ( not by us ). Door keys would not work , staff very helpful but had to use master key to get us in. Pool and hot tub filthy . Stayed here a year ago and had no issues like this at all.

We were disappointed in the breakfast choices. It appeared that not many people stayed the night, so I can see why a bigger breakfast was not served. It just seemed a little lacking.
