I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up.

Pets are not allowed on furniture. Heavy cheddars are not allowed. There will be an extra charge to clean hair found on furniture.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
(1) Please do not wear shoes on carpet/rugs. (2) Use all you need but please do not take anything out of the home.
(3) Occupancy permitted for registered guests only. (4) No unauthorized visitors/events/social gatherings.
(5)Please respect the neighbors and the home. (6) Clean grill after use (7) notify host when you plan to arrive and depart
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
