Nice updated rooms but the floor in the room was so dirty that I had to throw out my socks after 1 night..sticky, dirty my white socks were black. Needs a good cleaning daily with soap not just dusting. Very disappointed

The property was clean and I felt safe. However, if I had one recommendation for upgrade it would be to improve on breakfast options..a bit more variety and softer eggs and biscuits.

We booked this place because everyone else was sold out. There was a reason. Room was dirty. Smelled of cigarettes when it's supposed to be non smoking, feet stuck to the floor. I guess that's why it was the only available hotel. Only one night, got up early and got out!

All was okay but I would not say that the room and accommodations were worth $150 -we stayed in Dothan on the way down at a VERY NICE HOTEL -more modern and up to date for $98 -the Best Western is very convenient and ok but it is in need of UPDATING!

Overall good! Bed was comfortable. Room was what to expect for the price. Shower drain was loose. Extra fee not bad for my beagle. $20.00. Breakfast had the normal hot and cold choices. Pretty good variety...waffles, bisciits and gravy, sausage and eggs, yogart, cereal oatmeal plus more.

We were traveling with our dog so liked having pet friendly rooms and a grassy area for the dog. The room was clean, quiet, and close to restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options and adequate seating. Staff was helpful and considerate.
