Take trash to dumpster; Please do not place outside of the front/back door, otherwise guest will be subjected to a $75 fine per bag of trash left and not discarded appropriately.
For all lost or non-returned keys, guests will be subjected to a $150 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
