So Glad We Chose This Place!

The room was super comfortable. Shower had great pressure. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great. There was a big variety of foods. The lady that was working the front desk when we checked in was there again in the morning. She was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we come to Huntsville.

It was a decent stay. Not my favorite stay due to having to go track down an employee for any front desk needs. I even had to call the hotel. To get the attention of an employee I could see in the camera in the back. I can understand it is probably a family owned location, but it would have been nice.

There was one nice worker at the front desk. The gentlemen on Saturday night was very unfriendly, never spoke to us. The White Man on Thursday and Friday was very nice, I didn't get his name. Unlike the Indian Man who to me was unprofessional, not greeting the Guest. I won't be back. The breakfast was poor. No potatoes. Not much at all. I am very unhappy.

Curtains were full of nasty stains. Blankets all has holes in them. Ceiling and walls in bathroom were crumbling. Hot tub tiles and wall falling apart. No stairs to get in and out of small hot tub. Breakfast is done at 9:00 sharp. Don't even ask people there eat if they want anything else before closing up.

Smelled clean when u walked in as well as I was greeted instantly by a SUPER KIND night shift front manager super helpful made me instant decide to book! Kids LOVED the pool! Our recent stay at the Comfort Inn in Huntsville was a pleasant experience. While the property does show some signs of age, it provided a comfortable and clean environment for our visit. We were particularly impressed with the freshness and cleanliness of our room. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The hotel's location is a significant plus, offering easy access to a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. We also appreciated the sense of safety in the area, feeling comfortable walking around at night. Its proximity to downtown Huntsville, just minutes away, was also very convenient. The hotel amenities were adequate. The hot tub, while functional, was showing its age, and its integration with the pool was a bit unusual. The continental breakfast offered the standard fare, including eggs, sausage, cereal, and a make-your-own waffle station. While the selection was somewhat sparse, it provided a satisfactory start to the day. Overall, our stay at the Comfort Inn in Huntsville was enjoyable. The combination of a clean room, friendly staff, and a convenient location made it a worthwhile experience. We would happily stay here again for future visits to the area.
