We rented this home for a ladies' weekend in Huntsville. We had an excellent time! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very spacious and roomy with a lovely patio in the backyard for relaxation. The home seemed to be very centrally located and we were no more than 20 minutes or so from everything we wanted to see. We thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese Garden at Monte Sano, walking around dowtown, Lowe's Mill Arts, Campus 805 and the Stoveworks campus. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a relaxing comfortable home central to all the activities.

The entire house was very clean. The air conditioning was set perfectly for all of us. My husband loved the comfortable mattresses and pillows. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, even some spices and sugar. Only thing to take into consideration is the steps going upstairs are a bit oversized ( height is abnormal). If you have issues with your knees be careful. And the driveway is very steep. The house was perfect for our needs. Great stay overall!

This listing is slightly inaccurate. There was a futon listed as a sleeping space in the living area, which doesn’t exist. There is a love seat, a sectional and a small entryway bench. There were also no pillows or blankets for the listed futon. Since we were 4 adult siblings traveling, and therefore not sharing beds, we had to go out to Walmart to buy a blanket for one house guest because of this. He slept on the couch. Also - only 4 bath towels (2 full size and 2 half size) were provided for 4 guests spanning 6 days, no extras. One of the larger towels had what looks like a makeup stain on it. No top sheet in the Primary and some stray stranger hairs in the secondary room. As someone else mentioned in another review: no extra paper products either - 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and that’s it. Staying 6 days, we had to go buy some of our own. The space itself is great. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The use of the garages was clutch since the driveway is super steep. Quiet neighborhood close to everything you’d need in the Huntsville area.

Our stay at this cozy Madison home was truly a great experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The layout made it easy to relax, and the location was perfect — just minutes from Reaseach Park and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and check-in was seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful getaway spot, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful roomy home was perfect for our family in town for a wedding. Comfortable beds and bathrooms a plenty for 5 adults! Convenient location for getting around Madison and Huntsville. Our only complaint is that the home had no extra blankets, pillows, or towels. Literally one kitchen towel. And no extra toilet paper! We actually had to go out and purchase it ourselves, which is pretty unacceptable for VRBO. This kept it from a 5 rating.

Great house

Cozy Cottage stay

We thought the house was great for our needs of traveling back and forth to the nearby university. It was in a great neighborhood and close to where we needed to travel. The walls are thin, so you do hear everything in the next room, Travelled with the family, so it was all good!
