Thanks for feedback, we agree with you that this historic property is in need of renovations and we started renovations when we took over this year in May. Many of them have been completed (Kitchenette Suites) . Currently our pricing is below the market in the area and we feel it is good value for the amenities you get - brand new linen, toiletries, free use of barbeques on the property, direct access to lake of bays, swimming on site, Dwight beach a 5 minute walk , Algonquin park a 15 minute drive.
