So I had a quick trip to Huntsville to take care of some business and I booked a room here and it was last minute and I asked to be checked in late because I was driving from another city and state however, when I got here, the staff was very helpful very nice and was able to help me checking in, which was quick Process and also everything was very very clean and I’m really shocked because it’s a nice place for the price that I paid so thank you

Great stay

Clean room and staff was always cleaning. Parking was easy and seemed safe. Biggest complaint I had was the pillows. I wished I had brought my own. And only a small complaint that might not matter to some but it rained the last morning we were there and the gutter or downspout was outside our window and it was so loud. If the metal was thicker it would help cut down on the noise.

Good looking hotel, great room modern updates. With 1 concern, while taking shower the hot water went out 😡. That is major concern, when reported staff was going to call a plumber. Other than that, stay was really good… would stay there again 4.5

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly! My only complaint is that there was no soap in the bathroom and no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower. I went to the front desk to ask for shampoo and conditioner, but was only given shampoo. No big deal, but it would have been nice if it was already in the bathroom upon arrival

I was charged twice for my stay and they say it will take up to 21 days for my refund, which is absolutely unacceptable. We didn't have hot water for the entire weekend. The Manager at the front said he would contact his manager to see if he could do anything. Took down my email and I still have nothing from them. Extremely unprofessional.
