The property is the best location for flying out of Huntsville. It definitely is in need of a major update though. The carpet is tired. The bathroom is cramped and a little dirty in the nooks and crannies. It is a shabby look for business travelers and visitors to Huntsville especially with Space Command locating there.

This is incinvely a nd stressfully laid out with NO CLEAR DIRECTIONS on how to use the hotel, rental car return and airport if you are HANDICAPPED or have LIMITED MOBILITY. Very, very stressful. This needs to be addressed.

Well the toilet seat was dirty once I arrived and the bathroom needed a redo, it seemed like it was used so nice there was dried pee on the seat. I didn’t make a fuss since I work in the same industry. The everything else was good. The bed had some black lint scattered over the pillows as well. But t besides the bathroom and pillows. I got my wake up call and good sleep before my flight.

I liked everything about the hotel except the bathroom was very small. We also could not find any vending machines and the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work. Staff was nice and polite. It was super convient for us being at the airport!

Good but not the standard we were expecting.

Comfy beds and spacious room. Bath was very small and door was peeling, sink drained very slow. Not quite the standard of most Sheratons, but still good. Very good to be at airport for convenience.
