Room clean and comfortable but property was ugly with numerous personal items outside rooms (bikes, grills, chairs, rugs, coolers, etc) giving the appearance of people living there. Adjacent vacated restaurant invited vagrants & even people sleeping in grassy areas at dawn.

What I liked was the he pricing was reasonable, the handicap bathroom, and the area was decent. Beds could have been better, queen bed more like a full and only one mattress. The continental breakfast could have been better.
