Tons of amenities including a pool, fitness center and basketball court. This property is 5 minutes to the Arsenal Gate 7, grocery store and restaurants. It’s less than 10 minutes to the all new Town Madison and Toyota Field!

This two story, open floor plan boasts a spacious living space with hardwood flooring throughout and fresh coat of painting and furnishings. As you walk into the home you enter the living room flowing into the dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer on the main level.
