Sims Lake Cottage--private lake in Muskoka

This 400-acre property is like your own kingdom in Muskoka’s wilderness. 45- acre private lake, is totally owned by Sims Lake Cottage. From its wilderness position,you might see deer, moose, coyote, snapping turtle, bear and wild birds.
The new 3000 square foot two-level cottage gives a full overview of the expanse of Sims Lake. The shoreline in front of the cottage features a 20-foot dock, swings, a fun volleyball court, and a large fire pit nearby for evenings under the stars.
The space
The living area is spacious with large leather couches. Wifi via Starlink is available. The dining room area has dining table for six. The kitchen has all the cooking needs, including stainless steel appliances such as oven, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Convenient laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the mail floor off of kitchen.
Guest access
The 45- acre lake itself, fed by three streams, is totally owned by Sims Lake Cottage, so visitors can have complete run of the lake. From its wilderness position there are many wildlife sightings, including deer, moose and wild birds.
