Lovely place, friendly staff, lots of things to do around in the summer. The breakfast was delicious, dining was also great, the room was nice and clean. The internet was lagging a bit but it was a minor inconvenience, overall we had a great time.

Windermere Stay

We had a great time at Windermere. We ate at the pub for dinner one night & the food was delicious. The hotel had so many things to do for fun. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast- so many options to choose from. If the weather was a little warmer, we would have swam in the pool too.

We stayed at the Windemere House while on a vacation to visit family. Lots to do for young and old or simply relax on an adirondack chair on the front lawn and enjoy the view of the beautiful lake. The hotel has canoe or kayak for you to enjoy exploring the lake. Small beach area and lake swim area with picnic tables for a great picnic. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great fun. Pickleball and lots of other activities available for all ages. We all, including our nephews had a great time. Buffet breakfast that we enjoyed on their large covered veranda was an excellent way to start our day. Such a beatiful resort in the Muskoka area.
