This property is perfect for your group, here's why:

⭐️ You will love the court yard with a private pool and BBQ. The court yard provides you a places to relax in the pool away from the crowds or not have to pack up all the kids stuff to go to the community pool.

⭐️ There are 3 large beautifully designed bedrooms (with their own bathrooms) with king beds, closets, TV's.

⭐️ The bunk room is huge, fun and cozy. Upstairs you will access the bunk room with 3 queen over queen bunk beds (6 queen beds total), two bathrooms (two showers and two toilets), a large TV to watch movies or entertain the family and two slides for the kids.

⭐️ There is a 3 car garage (a ping pong table is in the 3rd garage). Why is a garage important? Because in the summer you want to escape the heat and be able to park your cars inside and in the winter it can get cold, so it's nice to park inside.

⭐️ The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, utensils, paper towels, cups, plates, cookware, pizza pans and a coffee maker. There is a large dining table and bar with bar stools so everyone can gather. Large retractable doors open up from the living room to the court yard to create an amazing indoor outdoor entertainment space.

⭐️ It's the perfect place to relax after a day at Sand Hollow Reservoir, Zion National Park, golf, playing in the nearby sand dunes or just enjoying a slow day at the pool.

⭐️ This property is located in a very unique and beautiful community with huge trees, grassy areas, access to an additional club house pool, gym and tennis courts. It is a very unique oasis. Within the community this property is located right in the middle so you can step out your front door and walk to the tennis courts and club house.

⭐️ One of the best parts of the property is the location to Zion, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake, Golfing, Restaurants, Sand Dunes & ATV Adventures. It's also 2 minutes to Walmart if you need to stock up on food and is 3 minutes to restaurants in Hurricane.

Extremely Underwhelmed

This property was such a disappointment. For reference the bunk room is completely disconnected from the main house. Family’s with tweens or teens would love it, but we had all littles. This should be in the listing. The home itself was also so sad. I’m not sure if there was a disconnect in the actual construction, or if the home has just not been kept well. The pool on the property is also the size of a hot tub And the main pool area does not have a working hot tub, actually the main pool is warmer than the hot tub. All in all,would not recommend.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the location is very near Sand Hollow and the neighborhood was great. There are a few minor maintenance issues, but it didn't disturb our stay. Our kids loved the bunkroom.
