Our generously sized unit features a contemporary, open-concept floor plan. Please Note: This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs only (no elevator). Highlights include: Premium Sleeping for 6: Bedroom 1 features a plush King Bed with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also features a plush King Bed and an ensuite bathroom that is also shared with the main unit. The living area includes a comfortable couch with a Queen Hideaway Bed (sleeper sofa). The unit offers a Fully Equipped Kitchen with modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary cookware for easy meal preparation. Enjoy group meals in the dedicated dining space. Modern comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air, and in-unit laundry (washer and dryer). Relax with entertainment on the Smart TVs, which are provided with the Hulu, ESPN, and Disney Plus streaming bundle for your use.

We are approximately 20 minutes from Zion National Park and only 10–15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park (ideal for boating and UTV/ATV riding). Quail Creek State Park is just 10 minutes away. St. George is a quick 20-minute drive for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Explore nearby hiking at Red Cliffs National Conservation Area or Snow Canyon State Park.

Unit & Resort Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire private unit. You also have access to all the incredible amenities offered by the Terra Resort and the neighboring Coral Springs Resort (pools, hot tubs, gym, pickleball, etc.).

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in Time is 4:00 PM. Check-out Time is 10:00 AM.

Early/Late Policy: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with prior notice and approval. To purchase these options, please use the link provided in your `Boarding Pass` immediately following your confirmed reservation. This must be completed in advance.

Parking: Ample free community parking is available directly outside the unit. There are also designated `toy parking` areas if you are traveling with a boat, RV, or UTV/ATV trailer.
