Lots of space to park a RV (110 electric hookup and water, Sand and Water toys (over 100ft because of a power box it is a little tricky for a larger trailer see photos). Great home base for coming to enjoy the natural beauty of southern Utah Located within 20 minutes of Zion National Park. As well as 15 minutes from Sand Hollow state park and 30 minutes from Snow Canyon. Ask us about our SxS rentals!

The room is new and clean. We stayed for 8 nights. The air conditioner worked great. The bathroom is new and clean however water pressure was low and ran out of hot water quickly. There were lots of drawers in the bathroom so I could stay organized in a small space. Not really set up for a kitchen but the fridge was cold and we had grab and go breakfast. We were out for most of the day. Smart TV worked great. No chairs for sitting. There was room for a lawn chair. Large parking area for a truck and trailer. The hosts were very responsive. Great neighborhood and walking distance to the Pig Ear. As great place to eat but get a reservation! Great location

Not a Casita. A casita is a separate building from the main house or a small house on the property. This is a private room with its own entrance. It was very clean and cute but way smaller than a hotel room.

The place is very clean, and it is in a very nice neighborhood. They left us little chocolates. there were an abundance of towels and washcloths lots of soap and shampoo. All the little details made it very nice place to stay. There is RV parking on the side of the house that made it easy to back in a 14ft enclosed trailer.
