Our home gives you the ability to swim and play without being disturbed by others not in your group! The back yard huge and fully fenced with a 6 foot high private block wall. You will be reminded of a resort as you look out to the mountainous views as you relax in solitude! In the yard you will find:
-A large private pool (can be heated in the cooler months for $60 per day)
-A large hot tub located in the pool that will fit your entire group!

Southern Utah provides endless adventures. Our home is not far from any of the fun!

If you are tired after a long day of adventures, come inside and relax! We have 2 large living rooms, each with a smart TV. We also have TV's in several of the bedrooms. You can add any streaming app to the TVs and log in to your own accounts or use our home Netflix account.
We have plenty of seating in our dining room and you will have access to some fun games in our game closet. Don't forget to take a peak under the stairs to see a special room for the little ones!

*Eat in!
Our Kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. We provide eating and serving utensils and cookware. There are pots and pans and a few small appliances for your use. The kitchen has a large oven and cook top, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave and dishwasher. The island has extra seating at the bar.

*Parking and more
You will have access to our two car garage with a Level 2 (J1772) EV charger. There are several more parking spaces available at the front and side of the home. We have a gated gravel area for your boat or toy hauler.

Terrific neighborhood by Sky Mountain Golf Course... one of the most scenic in the United States.

Our pool has a built-in hot tub and a shallow splash-pad area for the smaller folks… plus an automatic pool cover with keyed switch allows you close the pool when grownups aren’t available to watch the little ones. With sub-freezing nights, we don't keep the pool heated in the off season (Oct. - Mar.) but we can heat it for a $60 a day fee if you want to use it in the winter months.
There is no fee to heat the hot tub.

- City limits overnight guest to 10. Beds are available for more, but additional guests are the renters responsibility.
- Residential neighborhood... noise ordnance is strictly enforced. No loud music or other disturbances after 10 PM weeknights, 11 PM weekends.
- Turn fee (cleaning, set-up etc) of $225 per stay.
- Off Season pool heating fee for October thru March rentals. $60 a day for both pool and hot tub. (Optional... you can forgo pool heat, but it gets brisk during the winter months.)
- No parking on the street. There is parking for 10+ vehicles on the property itself.

From the north: Take exit 27 off of 1 15 south bound and follow signs east to Toquerville/Hurricane.
Follow SR 17 for about 6 miles then take a right on State Street (500 N.)
Follow about 3 miles and the house is located across from the Sky Mountain Golf Course. (Specific address provided on booking.)

From the south: Take exit 16 off of I 15 north bound into Hurricane.
Follow UT 9 E for 7 miles and you will find the house across from the Sky Mountain Golf Course. (Specific address provided on booking.)

Ride-share apps or St. George shuttle will do pick up.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Sky Mountain Golf Course. A hot tub and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.

Fabulous Stay at Christmas

My family came in from the states of Washington, Colorado, and Texas. We were 11 total. The house was perfect and accommodated all our needs. Chris, the owner, was so kind and there was a Christmas tree along with decorations. It made this time of nice and we were all together to celebrate. Thank you, Chris!

Great house!

This was a very well kept house with plenty of comfortable space for 6 adults. The pool was wonderful! There was plenty to do and even a very nice neighborhood park a block away. I would definitely recommend this house!! The property managers were fantastic.

Always enjoy this home!!

This was our 3rd time staying in this home and we always are very happy with our stay. Lots of room to gather and play games but plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. The pool is our grandkids favorite and it is so conveniently close to the house that we can keep an eye on our little ones and has extra space in the yard to play other games. We never leave the house we just spend all our time in the pool and yard or relaxing inside.

Great stay - will be back!

We had a great stay. Plenty to do for our family with kids of all ages from 4 to 17. The backyard is a dream with the pool, volleyball, horseshoes, putting green, and tons of space. Speaking of space, the house has ample! This is a great property to have space to spread out, even for larger groups. We will be back!

This is a 5 Star Property

We had 9 adults in our group and not one of us had any complaints about this home. They have everything you need for a family get-away. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, ect. We enjoyed nightly games of badminton and getting into the jacuzzi after a long day of riding at Sand Hallow. Lots of parking for our utv's and trucks and trailers. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hurricane.

Great stay

We’ve stayed at this property multiple time and it never disappoints. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the yard is a wonderful oasis for our family. The pool is always a hit, but the yard also has plenty of other fun amenities - a net for badminton or volleyball, horseshoes, a putting green and a ton of grass and space. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay with family and friends

We had a fantastic time at this house with all the activities outside! Everything was great! We had a little heating issue with the pool, but it all worked out! We had so much fun and so grateful that we could rent this house out for our family! The only downside was it was kind of windy for a couple of days, but other than that everything was perfect! Thank you so much! We made awesome memories!

Really nice place

It's a really nice layout with a lot of activities in the yard for all ages. Stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Nice views. Only down side was the pool was not clean when we got there and needed some attention. Water was murky but that could be easily fixed. The upstairs got really hot and the air conditioner wasn't big enough to handle cooling it without freezing the coils and shutting off. All that said we would stay again. We enjoyed this place very much.

Amazing Getaway Close to Zion

Our experience was really fantastic! The house is very comfortable and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked all meals at the house in the well-stocked kitchen and grill. Six well thought out bedrooms provided great resting space for us and the four bathrooms all gave added privacy. The beds are very comfortable with a lot of pillows. Our kids had such a wonderful time ont he pool and hot tub too. The best part was the location. Ample grocery access and. shopping in town, but excellent proximity to Zion. Bryce is also an easy trip from this house … we drove through Zion on the way to Bryce on UT-9. Absolutely incredible area and thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay! You helped make our National Park trip a wonderful experience.

Spacious Home with great backyard

Our stay at this property was perfect. The home has plenty of bedrooms, two family rooms and an enormous backyard with a sizable pool and plenty of fun things to do - badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, and more! I highly recommend this property.

Excellent Vacation Spot!

Beautiful house with plenty room for everyone. Loved the back yard as you could swim, relax in the hot tub, play putt putt golf, horse shoes, badminton or volleyball or cozy up around the firepit and enjoy the views.

Very clean, newly done house. Fantastic backyard and amenities. This house was created to be a vacation home. Was fantastic for young and old alike. Definitely stay here if you’re interested in Zion or looking for a well put together and maintained, comfortable, polished, beautiful home.

Golf trip nest

The property was nice and easy to find. Perfect location for a golf trip, multiple courses within 15 mins of the property. The only issue I had with this was the addition cost to use the pool. We were notified 4 days before our arrival that the use of the pool/spa would be an additional cost to heat it. Why that isn’t part of the initial booking is beyond me. You don’t select a property with a pool/spa if you’re not planning on using it, so just beware of this little transaction if you’re interested in this property

Very good and clean house with a heated pool

We really enjoyed our vacation. Everything was nice and clean, lots of toys and games for kids. Backyard is awesome with heated pool, volleyball field, and other games. The house is a couple of minutes away from Walmart and some very good restaurants.

Nice, average home with plenty of bedrooms

We were a group of faculty from a University who met from across the state for a writing retreat. The property is well kept and a nice home, plainly furnished, which was nice, actually - sometimes homeowners put too much decorating into the home and it is distracting. We loved the size of the bedrooms and two family rooms. There were plenty of bathrooms. (Could have used more face washcloths and facial tissue.) Other than that, the home is well-stocked and we had what we needed. The home is at the intersection of a busy corner so the traffic noise at night and early morning while trying to sleep was a bit annoying, but we adapted. The weather turned cold and rainy so we didn't get to use the pool or outdoor amenities, although they look very nice and we wished we'd been able to use them. Easy communication - overall a great stay.

Enjoyable experience

The place was just as advertised. The check-in process was very easy. The internet went down while we were there. We contacted that property manager and they immediately went to work on resolving it. The problem was with the service provider and was soon rectified. We visited Snow Canyon, Mountain Meadows Massacre Memorials, the ghost town at Grafton, the Fiesta Fun Center and the Pioneer Park. We enjoyed relaxing at this property and enjoyed the pool and playing games.
