The newly renovated apartment on the upper floor consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living and dining room with a view of the garden and the historical, disused carpentry. A small balcony borders on the kitchen. Free WLAN access. The apartment is on the first floor. The ground floor apartment is permanently rented to a calm person and has a separate entrance and exit to the garden. The key handover takes place regardless of the landlord. There is a garage for the bicycles with a power connection.
