I arrived and went to the lobby to check in. There was a sign on the window saying to sit and have a cup of coffee. I waited awhile and called the phone number on the sign and was directed to voice mail but it was full. I waited again, called again but I was hot and sweaty and needed to use the restroom. I finally left and went to a different motel

They had everything we needed. We ended up staying for a month because of waiting to get an apartment. They had everything we needed. A microwave, a refrigerator, a swimming pool, a hot tub. I was close to where I work. They cleaned the room everyday. It was great!

I had never been to Hutchin KS before and was a little scared but the office gentleman took very good care of me my room was like I was at home nice sheet set and conforters on the bed nice size room and he was super friendly and made sure I was pleased will stay there again Thank you

Not comfortable, he changed me $100 for cleaning his (my room) washbasin, because of not drain washbasin or bathtub. I did complaint and he fixed but he said changed for the incidents. Im traveled since 2003 and 99% stayed in a motels including Marriott and major us brand hotels.

Not good and tight parking spot with lot of old cars paked like old car sales with for sale sign on it. Shower area and washbasin not drain properly. They repared and charged me $100.

When we went to check in, they didn't have a reservation for us. The manager made phone calls and was able to reach another person who hadn't checked in yet, and he gave up his room for us. Don't know what happened with the reservation! Not happy.
