Mary the owner was wonderful and the place is really lovely and in the center of all the activity. We walked to where there are a ton of restaurants and ferry's and activity; it is excellent! The pool was really nice and quiet. There was a sailboat regatta going on next door at the yacht club. What a great stay!

Germania's home is centrally located to the association beach & pool on property. Communication about parking, location of property ammenities, & garbage procedures were a bit confusing, but we ultimately figured it out. We booked this stay back in January of 2026 & when the property was sold prior to the start of the summer season, our week was reserved, but the pricing we paid at the time of original booking was not honored. Overall, our kids had a blast & are already asking to go back to Cape Cod.
