Good:Great location, large, clean and comfortable rooms, spacious restaurant, cooperative & friendly staff. Bad: inefficient service due to less staff, poorly organized b/fast, unstable ttv and internet. The breakfast spread is just ok. But the food runs out too quickly and takes a longtime to replenish. Staff are less. Mote dishes should be added, more staff are required, and quantities should be adequate. It's a brand new hotel with nice rooms, and not cheap. Needs immediate improvement. Another thing that needs attention is the TV in the room which needs either a dish or a cable connection. As it's an internet connected tv, it keeps buffering every few seconds, which is annoying. The internet connection is poor and unstable.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Key Issues Forced to pay double for a visitor (wife) Inconsistent and unfair visitor policy No hot water supply No towels, buckets, or shower gel in the washroom Rude and unresponsive staff No laundry service or laundry bags Poor maintenance despite spacious rooms Full Story - My experience here was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I was forced to pay extra for a visitor, in fact, double the original booking amount, just because my wife came to see me. The staff claimed that same gender visitors are allowed but opposite gender visitors are charged for a full night’s stay. When I questioned this rule, they simply said it was “policy.” When I escalated the issue, they contradicted themselves and said that no visitors are allowed at all. In the end, I had no option but to pay for the entire night just for my wife to visit for a few hours. The problems didn’t end there. There was no hot water supply, no towels, and no buckets or shower gel in the washroom. When I contacted reception, it took almost an hour of back-and-forth before they finally allowed me to use a different room to take a bath. That room, however, was unclean and had clearly been used by someone else, but since it was already 10:30 p.m., I had no choice. The next morning, I woke up to find there was still no water supply. Once again, I wasted about 1 and half hour waiting, finally I was provided hot water in a bucket, My travel plans got disrupted and my day
