Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
AC was not working. Internet was not working and restored. No water in the hotel. Could not take a shower even. Waiting for refund. R.Mukesh is the front office manager who had agreed to it but still not processed it. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The property should be shut down. Hotels.com has no oversight over its listed properties. Awful experience especially not being able to take a shower and having to depart unbathed. Even after refund was approved by the hotel manager, it has still not been processed. Shows you the lack of commitment at the hotels end. Property should be shut down or atleast de-listed by Hotels.com
