With direct access to the beach, a garden, a rooftop terrace and panoramic sea views, this architect-designed villa combines comfort, elegance and an exceptional natural setting.
Just a 5-minute walk from the port of Hyères and 30 metres from Bona beach, which is supervised and suitable for families, you can enjoy the sun, the sea and a wide range of water and land-based activities: diving, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wing foiling, windsurfing, boat trips, hiking, mountain biking, rollerblading... Every day becomes a unique experience.
Welcome to Les Embruns
The villa, measuring 160 m² over three floors, can accommodate up to seven people and is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The ground floor of the villa is dedicated to sleeping quarters and total comfort for holidaymakers. There are four air-conditioned and elegantly decorated bedrooms. The first double bedroom is completely independent, with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a walk-in shower, and opens onto the terrace and garden, offering a superb view of the sea. The third double bedroom, also air-conditioned, has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Finally, the fourth bedroom, equipped with a single bed (90x200 cm), has access to the veranda, which is practical and bright. In the veranda, a washing machine, tumble dryer, shower and water point are available for your convenience.
First Level:
The first level of the villa is entirely dedicated to shared living and convivial moments. You will discover a spacious, light-filled through-living room opening onto a generous dining area. The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining pantry allow you to prepare meals with ease. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who wish to stay connected while enjoying panoramic sea views. Large picture windows offer uninterrupted vistas of the Golden Islands and the coastline, turning every moment into a visual delight.
Top Level – Rooftop:
The rooftop is one of the villa’s standout features. Accessible from the top level, it boasts exceptional 360° panoramic views over the Golden Islands, the Maures mountains, Fenouillet, and Mont des Oiseaux. Enjoy sun loungers, an outdoor dining area with table and chairs, an electric barbecue, and a parasol—perfect for relaxing and socializing in complete privacy. This rooftop is the ideal spot to watch the sunset, enjoy an aperitif, or simply unwind while gazing out over the sea.
