Charming apartment for 6 people. Very well located near the train station and the beach of Almanarre in Hyères, in a quiet area with all amenities nearby. Fully equipped with Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, linens ... You also have a nice terrace and private parking. The apartment has just been renovated. The perfect place to spend a holiday on the French Riviera with friends or family! The apartment is a T3 of 65 m² very comfortable an bright. Its location is really perfect for holidaymakers! You will have access to the entire apartment (which includes a private terrace). A parking space will be dedicated to you. You can also walk in the alley of the common garden if you wish We will not be there, but our friend Sandrina who lives in Hyères will be available at any time if needed! Check in is from 14:00 and check out before 11:00 The proximity of the apartment to the beach of Almanarre, well known for its beauty and water activities is a great advantage for travelers. Lovers of surfing, kite or windsurfing and holidaymakers are welcome! The apartment is located about 800 m from Hyères train station, and 3 km from the beach. We will provide you with parking spaces inside the grounds of the property. You can easily rent a car at Hyères train station or airport. For those who play it more sport without a car, it's possible! There are many buses passing by the apartment! To come from the station which is 900 m, you can take the 23, 29, 39 or 67. And to go to the beach of Almanarre, there is the 39, very practical. For the summer the town sets up free shuttles to go from Espace 3000 (located next to the apartment) to the historic city center. We provide you all the household linen (sheets, duvets, towels ...), as well as all the necessary household products (tablets for washing machine and dishwasher, dishwashing liquid, soap ...)
