1-room apartment 36 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2020, beautiful and modern furnishings: sleeping alcove with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Expresso) extra) with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Balcony 7 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
