'Hameau de la PinĂšde' Furnished villa on 3 levels (7/8 people) in a 3-star Tourist residence with swimming pool and paddling pool, green areas (volleyball court and ping pong table) and playground.

Leider war das Haus nicht sauber. Der KĂŒhlschrank völlig vereist, unter den Betten und der Couch alter Schmutz. Wir mussten das Haus einen ganzen Tag putzen, nachdem uns der Checkin ohne Hilfe vor Ort bereits viele UmstĂ€nde bereitete. Das Reihenhaus ist so schmal, dass man im inneren Platzangst bekommt. Die Zimmer bieten gerade so viel Platz, dass die Betten gerade hinein passen. FĂŒr richtige KleiderschrĂ€nke reicht das leider nicht aus. Der unsichtbare Vermieter möchte dann sofort unterzeichnete Listen innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Ankunft ĂŒber Inventar etc.. Nach den Checkout besteht er auf einmal auf eine komplette Hausreinigung, obwohl dies bei Fewo nicht in den Mietbedingungen steht (siehe Screenshot im Anhang als Beweis). Diese werden anschließend auch sofort in Rechnung gestellt. So eine unverschĂ€mte Vermietung ist uns in den vergangen 35 Jahren noch nicht unter gekommen. Von diesem Objekt kann man nur abraten!

La piscine a été fort appréciée ainsi que le front de mer situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds de la Résidence. Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit ainsi que toutes les activités à faire à proximité...

La maison est bien organisée, sur 3 niveaux avec 6 vrais couchages reparti dans 3 chambres plus un canapé lit 2 places dans l' espace de vie.La résidence est récente et bien entretenue avec une piscine trÚs agréable. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage de la Badine, a proximité d'une superette Vival.Un choix sympa pour les familles.

Temps horrible (on n’y peut rien) mais surtout beaucoup de problĂšmes ( pas de lampes de chevet ds une chambre, une seule chaĂźne TV,, aspirateur HS, balai avec 3 poils, lumiĂšre au dessus des plaques chauffantes arrachĂ©e, parasol bon pour dĂ©chĂšterie j’ai dĂ» changer moi mĂȘme des ampoules.Baie vitrĂ©e qui ne fermait pas, rĂ©parĂ©e le lendemain. Bref, honteux de donner ce logement vĂ©tuste Ă  la location.,l’hĂŽte ne cherche qu’à donner un strict minimum et Abritel ne vĂ©rifie pas. A fuir!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert, die Anlage ist sehr schön. Jedoch war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht vollkommen sauber. Es fehlt auch die BettwÀsche, die man selber mitbringen muss.

Schönes PlÀtzchen mit EinschrÀnkungen

Erstmal das positive: Lage top, Strand in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, mit Kindern super, da das Wasser schön flach ist. Anlage auch sehr schön, sehr gepflegt mit Spielplatz und einem großen und einem Baby Pool. Draußen sitzt man sehr nett und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Anlage. Das Haus ist großzĂŒgig und hat viele Zimmer, mehrere BĂ€der, was zu mehreren sehr praktisch ist. Oben ist noch ein sehr schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick. In der NĂ€he ist ein kleiner Laden auf einem Campingplatz wo man alles nötiges bekommt. Umgebung auch toll zum Wandern, die KĂŒste ist wirklich der Wahnsinn! Jetzt zu den weniger schönen Dingen: als wir ankamen war das Haus nicht sauber, KrĂŒmmel vom VorgĂ€nger, Boden sehr dreckig, alles was man zum putzen braucht wirklich ekelhaft, alte schmutzige Lappen, KlobĂŒrsten mĂŒssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es gibt außerdem kein WLAN im Haus, in der Anlage gibt es welches, allerdings sehr teuer und an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt das es schlecht sein wird da es keinen Verteiler im Haus gibt, absolut nicht zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ! Meiner Meinung nach roch es auch stĂ€ndig sehr alt und muffig, es mĂŒssten ein paar Dinge einfach mal ausgetauscht werden wie Sofa, Töpfe, Wischer, putzlappen. Es war fĂŒr drei Wochen recht teuer, Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gibt sehr viele fiese MĂŒcken, das muss man einfach wissen.

Agréable séjour dans cette jolie résidence

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location sur la presqu'ile de Giens. La résidence est agréable bien entretenue et nous avons également profité de la piscine pas du tout surchargée en septembre. De belles randonnées à faire ds la région , de belles visites , ßle de Porquerolles , HyÚres, Bormes les Mimosas avec le fort de Brégançon. Tout était superbe.

J'ai passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans la maison. La résidence en septembre était trÚs calme, le jardin magnifique et la piscine grande, belle et à la bonne température. La maison est trÚs bien équipée, bien entretenue, claire et agréable. Elle est située à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de la Badine. Le seul petit bémol : les moustiques passant à l'attaque à la tombée du jour............

Idéal avec des enfants, bien placé pour les plages

Maison agréable, globalement bien équipée et propre, literie confortable. Nous sommes venus en mai, piscine bien fraßche mais vraiment trÚs bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la résidence, on peut aller à la plage de la Badine à pied, et ensuite les autres plages sont accessibles en vélo rapidement, tout comme l'embarcadÚre pour aller à Porquerolles. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cette maison!

Schöner Urlaub - mit Nachgeschmack!

Wir haben eine noch recht ruhige Zeit vor den Ferien gebucht, Vertrag, Anzahlung hat alles wunderbar. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, die Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Pool ist auch fĂŒr Kinder geeignet, der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir einen schlechten Start, denn fĂŒr unser Empfinden war das Haus nicht sauber, viele auch Ă€ltere Spuren der Vormieter und Vorvormieter waren noch vorhanden, Tendenz ekelhaft. Wir haben uns erst einmal um die SĂ€uberung der Wohnung kĂŒmmern mĂŒssen. Hierdurch haben wir gefĂŒhlt einen Tag verloren. Uns sind bei einem Schirm der schon nicht mehr intakte Fixierpunkt entzwei gegangen, was wir im Anschluss gemeldet haben. Nach Abreise habe ich dem EigentĂŒmer unseren Kummer mitgeteilt und uns entschuldigt, daß etwas kaputt gegangen sei. Auf die Bitte hin, die Endreinigung fĂŒr unsere Anfangsreinigung in Abzug zu bringen, wurde uns gesagt, es wĂ€re alles sauber gewesen. Schimmelflecken, verkalkte GlĂ€ser, Mikrowelle mit Essensresten, etc scheinen den Vermieter also nicht zu stören! Den Schirm (mehrere Jahre alt) wollte der Vermieter komplett ersetzt haben, pauschal mit € 100, was der Schirm nicht wert gewesen ist (online kostet so ein Schirm ca € 70 neu!). Erst nach langen Verhandeln, wurde ist unsere Kaution komplett zurĂŒckgezahlt. Auf der Reinigung hat er uns sitzen lassen. Alles sehr schade und unnötig. Wir werden daher nicht mehr hinfahren oder es empfehlen, da wir nicht fair behandelt wurden, noch eine Entschuldigung fĂŒr den Dreck erhalten haben. Der Urlaub selbst war super, gut geeignet auch fĂŒr kleine Kinder. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön und lohnt einen Urlaub. Anti Moskito nicht vergessen, wir wurden förmlich aufgefressen.

Pleasant place

Nice appartment and lovely swimming pool, very clean but cold water in April-May. Great location to explore the presq'ile, watch the kyte surf and to go the the island of Porquerolles, which is really nice.

Sehr schöne Ferien

Ferienhaus in ruhiger und grĂŒner Umgebung. Die Hauseinrichtung ist einfach und funktionell. Der Parterre-Sitzplatz etwas eng und ohne Überdachung. Die angenzende grosszĂŒgige Gartenanlage sowie der Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt. An den nahe gelegenen SandstrĂ€nden war bei unserem Aufenthalt genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr Ballspiele usw. Wir konnten unsere sonnigen Ferien sehr geniessen.
