150 meters from a beautiful sandy beach—perfect for children—this charming, fully renovated 3-room house has been completely refurbished by an architect.
Located in the heart of La Capte village on the Giens Peninsula, between the beach and salt marshes, just 10 minutes from Hyères. The opposite beaches (Plage de l'Almanarre) are a major kitesurfing hotspot. All amenities (bakery, deli, convenience store, etc.) are within 50 meters. The bus stop, serving Hyères and the ferry to Porquerolles, is also 50 meters away. Don’t miss the lovely Friday morning market in La Capte, running from April 1st to September 30th.
This former Bormes stone house features two terraces—ideal for dining, sunbathing, or enjoying an apéritif (one shaded by an old fig tree).
