A spacious, two-story, holiday apartment, 160 m² + 35 m2 heated game room, located in the Ukkohalla tourist center on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi.

NOTE! ON 01.08.2026 THE APARTMENT WILL CHANGE TO A PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Built in 2009.
An open kitchen directly connected to the living room. A fireplace in the living room.
5 bedrooms, three of which are upstairs and two downstairs.
Electric sauna, washroom, 2 separate toilets (1 upstairs and one downstairs), dressing room, wind closet, large outdoor terrace with charcoal grill, dock with swimming ladder and shared boat with B apartment.

A drying cabinet in the hall and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

In the downstairs bedrooms, one has 2x80 cm beds and the other has a 160 cm wide double bed.

The two bedrooms on the upper floor have 2x80cm beds/room and the third bedroom has 5x80cm beds + 2 foam mattresses and a travel cot.

In the heated game room in the basement (access from the outside) you can find billiards, ping pong and a dart board, as well as a TV to which you can connect your own game console or laptop via HDMI connection.
In the summer, there is also a dartboard on the terrace in front of the game room.

NOTE! A car heater requires a long extension cord, one extension cord for the house.
