Un sanctuario por todos

It is the best place I have stayed in while travelling in Peru. So beautiful with simple lovely rooms, delicious food and staff who were very helpful on all accounts. I love the way they have left the whole wine making process for us to explore - like a museum but as a garden full of treasures. Highly recommend this place plus refreshing pool. A sanctuary!

La experiencia fue muy buena. Estuvimos en una habitación de 4 camas, la cama matrimonial está independiente a las demás camas. Todo muy limpio. Nos permitieron hacer un early check in sin cargo adicional. El personal de servicio tanto en el comedor como el de limpieza fue muy amable.

Hotels.com bietet offenbar nicht freie Zimmer an

Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht für uns reserviert, weil das Hotel offenbar gar nicht mit Hotels.com zusammenarbeitet. Es ist uns mit schleierhaft, weshalb Hotels.com Zimmer in einem Hotel anbietet, welches gar nicht mit Hotels.com zusammen arbeitet. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass wir mit einer 4köpfigen Familie da standen und das Hotel wegen einer Hochzeit komplett ausgebucht war und wir für die erste Nacht eine andere Unterkunft suchen mussten. Das war sehr ärgerlich, und geht aus unserer Sicht auf das Konto von Hotels.com. Auch mussten wir dann mehr bezahlen als erwartet, weil sie uns den Hotels.com-Preis natürlich nicht geben wollten. Die Anlage an sich ist herausragend. Eine riesige alte Hacienda mit vielen Winkeln, Sitzgelegenheiten, Treppen, Balkonen und in der Mitte ein schooner Pool. Leider muss so ein riesiges Anwesen auch gepflegt werden. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber der Pool und der an sich tolle Innenhof waren staubig und dreckig - ebenso die Liegen und Tische am Pool. Schade!

Falta mejorar

El servicio del personal es bueno, son amigables y dispuestos a ayudar. Las zonas comunes del hotel son bonitas aunque falta un poco más de mantenimiento y limpieza. Las habitaciones son muy básicas. Por el precio deberían estar mejor equipadas y presentadas. El mobiliario es antiguo pero no muy bien cuidado, no hay mayor decoración, poca iluminación, no hay tomacorrientes extras. Tampoco era aíslada y se escuchaba todo de los pasillos y otras habitaciones vecinas. El check inn se supone era a la 1pm pero eran las 2.30pm y aún no tenían la habitación lista. El check out está publicado a la 1pm pero nos dijeron que era a las 12 y además nos pidieron que dejáramos la habitación antes si era posible. El desayuno básico pero bueno... podrían variarlo para no dar lo mismo todos los días. La atención rápida.
