It is perfect for families and friends who enjoy the local experience of food, culture, and entertainment of the historic city of Icod De Los Vinos with its nearby local beach, famous Dragon Tree, and walking paths through banana plantations.

It's newly constructed, has a fully equipped kitchen & coffee corner. It's close 7-minute walking distance to a grocery shop and local restaurants. And as well as 5 min away walking distance is the central bus station with good connections.
