The hotel and staff was nice. The hotel is being renovated but that wasn’t a problem. Idabel does not offer much as far as dining or recreation but the people are very friendly.

Dont go for the breakfast!

Breakfast was terrible. We got there at 8am and they have breakfast until 9am. The eggs were dry and didnt even look or taste like real eggs. The gravy was gone. No more batter for waffles so we couldn'teven make that. We asked if they could replenish since they had another hour of breakfast and was told no. The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean.

Disappointed With Our Stay

The hotel was under construction during our stay. We didn't know this, or we would have stayed elsewhere. I'm a fan of Comfort Suites because they're pet friendly, but this one was not very clean. The curtain in our room looked like someone had been murdered in it due to dark stains splattered on it. Of all the ones I've stayed at, this one is the only one I've been disappointed in.

This hotel was very comfortable for our one night stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. We were aware the property is undergoing renovation which it definitely needs. The issue of being dirty was a bag of trash left in the trash can that had been overlooked. The bed and bathroom were clean as was the sitting area. This property was recommended to us by a family member who lives in this small town. I would definitely return to this property and recommend it to others.

Unpleasant experience

Easy check in. Bed was fine. Coffee maker in room was Kcup and they had prefilled coffee filters so unusable. Dog barked all night in another room. Place was full but did not prepare for enough breakfast. Toilet seat was broken and the lights flickered in the bathroom. Would not stay here again and thankful we were only staying one night.

nothing unique- the bed was not comfortable and the base made noise when sat on just moving on the bed, there is mold on ceiling in bathroom and under the caulk around tub, there is the pink slime on the grout on shower wall, the tissue holder is rusty -this is all in room 236. We reported that someone was smoking on the 2nd floor -we were told they would be putting a letter under all the doors so we would get one also -we did not, we could smell the smoke again the next morning.
