Room was very clean and modern. Housekeeper did an excellent job. Bathroom was upgraded and very nice. Outside in parking area had debris but I think it was due to exceptional winds, no keeping up with leaves.

Issue with payment. It was assumed I would pay with my credit card, instead of being asked how I would pay. Messed up my available cash and screwed up my credit for over a week. Had to cut trip short due to lack of funds.

The staff is always very nice there. The room is simple and basic. Which is exactly the way I like it. No thrills, the only thing is I wish you had more TV channels. Also, I wish that service wasn't mandatory every 3 days. I like keeping to myself and not being disturbed. I understand why it's done. But it is a inconvenience for me. But for the price of the room it was definitely worth it. I also greatly appreciate the fact that I was able to park a U-Haul truck with no issues. The econo Lodge in Idaho Falls is my go-to when I'm in the area.

The room was not clean bathroom,shower definitely needed attention, the live in on site management was not a pleasant person,staff was rude and house keeping made me leave my room for 45 minutes to clean.will not recommend to anyone to stay there and i will never stay again at another econo lodge.

Rooms smelt like smoke. Nobody at the front desk, had to talk to a computer and the lady on it was no help. Wouldn’t stay again. Idaho falls.

There were a few frustrating things about this stay— the air conditioner caused us to cough and definitely needed some maintenance so we couldn’t use it, the FIRE ALARM went off at 2:30 AM waking everyone in residence up, when I asked about it the next day the staff simply said they had no idea and that they’d just turned it off?? It had clearly just been brushed off which is concerning. The back/side doors leading into the hotel were not key card protected and anyone could walk in, the lock was there but not in use. On top of that, I should have received my deposit back and did not. This hotel did not feel very safe or maintained, frustrated with this stay.

Horrible, dirty, i wont go back to the econo lodge

Check in was a nightmare, it was vitrual. Hard to understand anything she said. Child playing in the background, ignored me when i asked her questions, justvkept reading off a script like i wasn't even there. It was 2:00 in the morning, i was trying to explain to her i had a camper i was towi g with my truck needed a place to park. She told me to wait till morning till a real person was there, i explained we were here to sleep NOW and leaving in the morning. So her reply was look at the map witch doesn't even show parking. I was tired she doesn't english or the hotel business. I asked if the roomes were right next to each other. THEY WERE NOT!! The dirt behind my toilet must be a mounth worth. Disgusting!! Like its never been washe. Dirt towel, stained and crunchy hard in the other room. All and all i really don't have one good thing to say about this experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I should wouldn't go back on my next trip.
