Never cleaned our room once; spa jets are not functioning (with no explanation or heads up but they still advertise 'pool & spa'); and even though they told me at check in there are a lot of kids for a soccer tournament the Hotel opened with a late breakfast because it's the weekend! We gotta get kids fed and out to the fields for early soccer games. Also, the strange buffet v. menu order situation is weird and staff were visibly annoyed at the dozens of kids and parents looking for a quick breakfast at 6:30am. Had I known a kids buffet cost $7 and would be open until 7am I'd would have booked somewhere else where a buffet is included and normally open way earlier.

We were in a room that offered snacks which sounds really nice until we saw what was offered. All perishable items were expired/moldy. The apple and orange were also moldy. We spoke to the manager and she said it would be taken care of immediately. We were there for two nights and the food was not replaced even after 3 requests.

We asked for our room not to be cleaned, and the gentleman at the front desk noted it on our room. Housekeeping came in and cleaned anyway. Not ok since we were very specific. He noted the account again the next day as well, but it had already been done. Also, the second night, we had someone above us stomping around until almost 1am. The hotel did make contact, and the noise stopped immediately.
