Something has changed because our previous stays were pleasant. This time our fridge didn't work and at midnight I had to have the air conditioning system dealt with as it was running hot and none of the controls worked.

Another extended day trip, 4 nights. All the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. Indoor pool, hot tub, gym. Decent breakfast, great beds, pillows and comfort. Close to family, great location with movies, dinning, entertainment all close by. Have stayed here multiple times and always will as long as they provide the service they are committed to.

Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Although we didn’t complain about the inconvenience, I believe staff should maintain a higher level of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with guests.

The first impression of this hotel was not great. The area behind the check-in counter was dirty, cluttered with empty and unopened boxes, and the cooler keeping things cold had dirty rags collecting what was obviously the remnants of a leak somewhere. That being said, our room was very clean.

Room#321, Room 3rd flr. elevator inoperable, I am handicapped. Shower dripped 24/7, could not use due the mildew on shower floor. Not only gross but you are wasting hundreds of gallons of water. Ice machines every floor inoperable. Fireplace inoperable. TV remote non-functioning. Coffee machine not working properly. Couch filthy needs shampooing. Blackout curtains do not pull shut. Two bright lights outside my window. Could not sleep.Walls need painting. I believe these problems are never addressed. On a positive note, I will say the staff was courteous, friendly and the hotel and grounds were well kept. You need a maintenance guy on the rooms..Had to bury my brother did not need all the problems I had to deal with at $300 a night. After all I had to endure, I should get a refund for the room. The room was clean. The jetted tub was amazing. The bed was a little harder than im used too. But everything else was great. The staff was friendlly and helped in any way they could to ensure my stay was good. Definitely love this place.
