The staff doesn't communicate with each other. I asked for late check out (part of being a member) the night before. The next morning they knocked and tried getting in the room early 2 times, even after explaining to the first employee whom I opened the door for. I needed the extra sleep as I had a very long day ahead, which didn't happen. I just stayed up after the first disruption.

When booking online it stated pet friendly for both dogs and cats, when we arrived they said they don't accept cats. Needless to say we didn't stay, won't look for My Place properties in the future.

This place was amazing. Especially for the price. When I saw how low the price was I was very skeptical since I live in the Bay Area. I was definitely proven wrong. I was traveling with my dog and they are very pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
