Be among the first to enjoy this newly completed home, finished in November 2025. This is no ordinary residence—the property spans an impressive 3,800 square feet, offering exceptional space and comfort throughout. Inside, a fully stocked kitchen is ready for any meal you wish to prepare, and outside you’ll find a brand-new grill perfect for gathering and cooking together. With two washers and dryers, guests can easily manage laundry at the same time. A folding table and six chairs are also available in the garage to help accommodate larger groups or additional dining space.

This home features two master bedrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—each with a private ensuite bathroom and a pack and play for added convenience. Every bedroom includes a personal TV, luggage stand, hangers, and extra blankets. In total, the home offers 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 9 twin beds. The bunk room is a favorite for kids, offering plenty of fun choices for where to sleep. All mattresses were purchased brand new upon the home’s completion.

On the lower level, you’ll find a dedicated theater room complete with surround sound, two ultra-comfortable bean bags, and two couches. The basement also includes reading material, board and card games, a karaoke machine, and two arcade games. For extra relaxation, enjoy the sauna set to a soothing 130 degrees—or unwind in the hot tub.

The garage offers additional entertainment with a ping-pong table, cornhole, and ladder toss. An electric vehicle plug is also available. Guests are welcome to park in the garage, on the driveway, or directly in front of the home.

This was easily a 5 star. Everything is perfect. The house is spotless. I've never seen amenities like these from the extra blankets and towels everywhere, to the coffee bar, toothbrushes, razors, and so much more. The house it's self is absolutely amazing. We were staying for a cheer comp and there was plenty of room for the teens basically 2 masters. Plus additional rooms. It couldn't have fit what we needed better. We all want to come back and stay longer.

The Ammon home was the perfect gathering spot for our family. The house is new and in immaculate condition. They’ve thought of every little detail to make this home special, from leaving extra toiletries in the bathrooms, also including fun games and toys to entertain the kids, to leaving a welcome basket full of fun snacks. The hosts have gone the extra mile. We loved every minute! I’m hesitant to leave the glowing report this home deserves because I really want it to be available when we need it again. This is a home you won’t want to pass up!
