We tested it on our own multigenerational family first — cousin camps, extended family dinners, slumber celebrations — and now we're sharing it with yours.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not go in garage or greenhouse biodome. On checkout please put everything back the way you got it. Pictures are provided
Only 9 parking spaces, overflow parking is at the pickleball court and covered pavilion a block away. Do not disrupt neighbors.

For being suitable for 20 guests the property says pet friendly there were 8 adults 2 children 3 frenchies and 1 weiner dog pup we were charged an additional 350 for 2 more dogs when you can't even enter the amount of dogs your bringing. The host gave an allotment of 4 garbage bags total and 1 towel a piece, 1 roll of paper towels. Your not allowed to use certain items or drawers I mean seriously we couldn't even use the fire pit without an additional 35 charge but on top of that she warned us to not be outside of the house past 10 p.m. so what was the point of a fire and smores.I took pictures and videos from our departure for proof we left the property as we found it. Just be warned of this rare gem.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property for our family gathering! The house was exactly what we needed — spacious, comfortable, and somehow still big enough for everyone to spread out without hearing every single family discussion from across the house. That alone deserves 5 stars.The layout worked perfectly for our group, with plenty of room to relax, visit, and enjoy time together. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming.I can't say enough good about our host. She is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, although thankfully we didn’t need much because everything was so well prepared.  The labeled areas for where things needed to go helped with the kids taking care of their things so we didn't have to focus as much on keeping track of the kids and we could relax and spend time together. We hope we can stay longer next time. This would be a great property for about any gathering - from family reunion, to bridal party, to team retreat for a business. I could totally see myself renting this for a catered company dinner in the future! Overall, this amazing venue helped make our family trip memorable for all the right reasons. We’d absolutely stay here again — assuming we can coordinate everyone’s schedules and survive another group text chain.

Place was nice and had a lot of things/games but I felt like I had to walk on egg shells as things had to put exactly the right spot or accidentally opening the wrong door or not having all the flying chickens accounted for
