The house features 90 sqm of living space and includes a spacious living room that opens onto a large terrace equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs, and sun loungers – perfect for relaxing or outdoor cooking. Adjacent to the villa is a fully fenced garden ensuring privacy and security, along with a convenient open-air parking space.



This new villa, opened in 2025, features a fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts, two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – and two bathrooms with showers, both including a washing machine.
The cozy and bright living room offers a color TV with satellite reception.
The villa is ideal for 4 guests, but on request, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional people mainly for 2 children or for 1 adult + 1 child.
In the garden, a charging station for electric cars is available for a fee.

The area offers a wide range of outdoor sports including windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, mountain biking, and trekking.
You can also enjoy the stunning views from above with a scenic sightseeing flight.
Just 1 km from the house, you’ll find bike rentals available to explore the nearby natural parks of Adamello, Alto Garda, and Giudicarie with ease.
Local markets are held weekly: on Wednesdays in Crone and on Tuesdays in Ponte Caffaro on Lake Idro.
This beautiful mountainous region is ideal for hiking and nature excursions.
Of course, day trips to cities such as Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Venice, and Milan are also possible.
