Welcome to Karatihome. The ideal place for friends and families who want to relax in a private, well built house with a breathtaking surrounding area.

The beach is only 70 meters away from the house.
The house is fully equipped with free VDSL WiFi, 43in Smart TV & Free NETFLIX

Parties are not allowed and you must comply with the quiet - resting hours.

You can use the barbeque anytime you want. After usage you have the responsibility to clean the equipment.

You will find clean sheets and bathroom towels.

We provide new set of clean sheets and bathroom towels every 5 days but there are no house cleaning services during your stay. In case you need a new set of clean sheets earlier please contact us.

You must keep the house in good and clean condition.

In case of any damages at the property you must inform the host as soon as possible and depending the damage there may be extra charge in order to be fixed.

The house can accommodate 4 persons plus 2 at the living room bed-sofa with extra charge of 8 euro per person / per night.

Pets are not allowed.

Note that you must have a car or a bike to approach the house.
