With bunk beds and sofa beds, the villa can sleep up to 27 guests. Price listed is for up to 20 guests. Each additional guest: 35 euro per night paid in cash upon arrival.

The infinity pool (52 m2) and adjoining Jacuzzi faces south and southwest, from which guests can enjoy these stunning waterfront vistas. A hot spa on the 1st floor balcony offers relaxed serenity while enjoying spectacular views. Located only a few minutes’ walk from a local pebble beach, bakery, and coffee shops, patisserie, super markets, bars, restaurants, and pharmacy, the villas combine romantic seclusion with proximity to modern comforts. Likewise, the property is located only a few km away from the tourist town of Makry Gialos (with a long sandy beach), as well as traditional Cretan mountain villages with numerous authentic tavernas and bars. The nearest airports are in Sitia (36 km) and Heraklion (114 km; private transportation can be arranged at a fee; ask us).

The Moonlight villa is elegant and contemporary, with multiple private verandas with majestic sea and/or garden views, infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi tub, pool bar, and back patio with barbecue, outdoor traditional stone dining, and vegetable and fruit tree garden. There is also free WiFi throughout the property, showers with hydromassage. Fitted with high quality furnishings, top-quality mattresses and linen, and eco-friendly materials, fully equipped kitchens, Air conditioning, heating and TVs with satellite channels are available throughout the property. The complex has its own water (private well and underground tank), electricity (solar panels, generator), central vacuum, central heating, and cooling that can be independently controlled in each room. In addition, the complex has its own water treatment process that provides the healthiest and tastiest water throughout the villa, including kitchens and bathrooms. At night time, visitors can even enjoy moons and planets using our programmable telescopes found in the property.

This villa offers its guests a water park, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. The family-friendly villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
